Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Part-time, Permanent Position - 30 hours per week

Job Summary

  • Providing an efficient and effective reception service
  • Answering internal and external telephone calls and patching through
  • Receiving visitors and providing onward direction
  • Ensuring company employees are notified of visitors
  • Making refreshments for visitors
  • Logging of visitors and ensuring security authorisation is in place
  • Keeping reception area tidy
  • Ensuring company car park rules are adhered to
  • Receiving and distributing incoming post
  • Internal collection and franking of post in readiness for collection by Royal Mail
  • Providing administration support
  • Other ad hoc admin / reception duties that may be required from time to time

Skills required:

  • Pleasant, friendly and positive disposition
  • Ability to multi task
  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
