At Jerroms we’re not just accountants - we’re trusted business advisers. Towards the end of last year, we relocated our Solihull office from Shirley to Blythe Valley Business Park. It’s given us more space for our growing business and gave us the opportunity to design a bespoke, stylish and creative working environment that is perfectly suited to our needs.

Just by J4 of the M42, it allows both our staff and clients to get to us easily, avoiding town centre traffic.
Situated in 122 acres of country park, Blythe Valley provides the perfect setting for anyone wishing to get their steps in and enjoy some fresh air at lunchtime!
Life balance
We’re big believers in a good work-life balance and we don’t advocate long hours. But we do believe in working effectively and efficiently and we want to help our employees achieve this.
So, all our staff have access to an on-site restaurant which offers healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks at incredibly good prices, all freshly prepared on the premises every day. And we’ve even got a built-in a fitness studio which is open each evening for High Intensity Training and Pilates classes.

Our office environment has been designed by experts who have created an effective working space incorporating break out areas for collaborative working, a choice of meeting rooms, soundproofed booths and a client lounge area where clients receive the VIP treatment!
